IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Semantic Notion, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your user content, your use of the Services, or your violation of another party’s rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by the laws applicable in the relevant operating jurisdiction of Semantic Notion, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and revising the "Last updated" date.
